Room9 is located in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate which is closed these following Industrial Estate: Eastern Seaboard Amata City, Borwin, Siam Eastern and Hemaraj, and those have provide shuttle bus service to their employees.
We installed the air-conditioners LG Airconditioner (Econo-Plus) which are new, modern and environmentally friendly. The 3,700W. instant water heaters are safe and convenient.
Our parking area was designed to accommodate a variety of vehicles. With the clear parking lanes and car parking shades, our tenants can park approximately 80 automobiles. Also our security guard will assist you when it comes to parking. We also have some parking space for motorbikes.
